GROUP DEFINITION

A Group is defined as constituting 15 pax and above.

Such a booking qualifies for our group rates, tailor made select-seychelles services, tours and excursions, which can be discussed on a case by case basis at the time of booking. A hotel group policy differs from hotel to hotel.

OUR SERVICES

Meet & Greet - select-seychelles representative/s will be at the airport to meet your group holding sign board/s with the group’s name to guide you to your transfer.

Handling & Transfers - Upon arrival at the Seychelles International Airport, your group will be met by the select-seychelles team and transferred to the hotel by luxury, air-conditioned coaches.

Inter-island Connections - Options are provided for inter-island transfers and include normal airline transfer, airline charter, helicopter, ferry or charter boat.

Ground Transportation - Comfortable, luxury air-conditioned buses personalised with your group’s name will take the participants to the hotel and, on demand, will be escorted by a select-seychelles guide. With a local style added touch, tropical welcome drinks, snacks, refreshments, gift selections, flowers, can all be arranged along with the coach transfers.

Hospitality Desk Service - A private service desk for your group can be provided with professional, bilingual Event Coordinators who are available to your guests for information about the resort, events, excursion recommendations and reservations as well as any other assistance they might need.

Tours & Excursions - Offer your clients the possibility to live the dream of the Seychelles islands and a world of adventures! Catamarans, snorkelling, historical tours and much more! At select-seychelles we have something for everyone. Pre-arrange the activities to guarantee the best of experiences for your clients. Private tours can be designed exclusively for your group!
